CAMERA TO COMPUTE

The operational layer from camera to compute. It locks timing, colour, I/O, tracking, and rights at capture. Delivered as Integrated Camera Systems (ICS). Rented with crew. Sold as systems. Always accountable.

WHY IT MATTERS

Pictures are only “reliable” if time, colour, and data agree. Camera to Compute keeps everything in lock from your footage and lens data, to your VFX and performance data. It reduces latency, stabilises colour, preserves sync, and writes provenance at capture.

Your director sees the shot. Editorial inherits clean structured data. Post gets ground truth, not guesses.

WHAT WE DELIVER

⦿ Integrated Camera Systems From cinema cameras to broadcast rigs, volumetric arrays, and machine-vision sensors, we design and run pipelines that move pictures and data together in sync. RAW, IP, SDI, and ST 2110 held in spec.

⦿ On-Set Compute GPU platforms tuned for real-time visualisation, LED stages, AI performance capture, and emerging sensor workflows. Calibrated, timed, and monitored so creative calls happen at the eyeline.

⦿ Ops Crewed delivery with SLAs, spares, and repeatable builds. Operators who know how to keep a system live under production pressure.

⦿ .DAVE Every capture is logged with authorship, rights, and intent at source. Media and metadata leave set already structured for editorial, VFX, and platforms.

HOW IT WORKS ON-SET

Whatever the workflow, we sit in the Camera to Compute layer. Whether the production runs live over 12G-SDI or ST 2110, records to cards for DIT handoff, or blends both, our CCU and GPU nodes lock picture, time, and data into one chain. Camera feeds, tracking, lens, and metadata are synchronised, colour-managed, and monitored. At the point of capture, .DAVE embeds authorship and licence terms, creating a verifiable chain of custody ready for editorial, VFX, and AI post systems.

NOT CAMERA TO CLOUD

Camera to Cloud moves files. Camera to Compute runs the live pipeline that makes those files reliable. Use both. Don’t mistake one for the other.

STANDARDS

R3D, RED Connect, Cine-Broadcast Module. 12G-SDI, ST 2110, PTP.
ACES, OCIO, Unreal Engine, .DAVE. AJA and other pro I/O where appropriate. If a show needs it, we integrate it.

PROOF & MEASUREMENT

We publish latency budgets, PTP lock times, failure modes, and swap procedures per show. You get repeatable numbers, not anecdotes.
